Wow, I'm glad people really like "Everyday to the Fullest", it was featured in news runs twice! Thanks everyone. I have more pictures like that if anyone's interested.

Not much on my own news run. I'm planning a photoshoot with friends by the bridges in Sarnia Ont. tomorrow, so if anything good turns up you might get to see it.

On good news, I registered for my courses at Guelph University. Look out theatre world, here I come! :)

I'm done!

Wow, I finished my last exam today and walked out of those doors for the last time... and I still feel pretty numb about it. Hopefully it will catch up with me soon.

Anyways, summer is here which means plenty of pictures to be taken, maybe even some poetry to be put up here if I feel like it.

There's really nothing new to post in the journal, I just thought it needed an update since March.

Look at my new photo, Turning Point, I love it so much.

Hi,
I'm Emily. I am not new to DeviantArt, having been a member from 2005-early 2007, but I felt that I needed a change because my life has made my art grow.
I'll tell you a little bit about myself. I am a raw, still growing photographer, novelist, dramatist and whatever else I feel I am in the mood for. I take raw pictures and do minimal to no fixing on them. My idea is that the world should be shown in reality, not made to look better. The same goes for people. My photography, once I put some up here, is a reminder to the reality of life, whether good or bad. I've mostly been playing around with still life for the most part, but as I grow on in life I expect to take many more chances at finding art in the world we know.
As for my novelist/dramatist part of my life, I love writing. That's just it. Photography shows us our world around us, my writing makes up new worlds; things we cannot see with our own eyes or we cannot do on this earth. I write to let my imagination take me where raw photography cannot. As you can tell, I have one foot on the ground and the other on a cloud.
I've loved plays ever since I was young. My grandmother took me to see My Fair Lady when I was ten, and since that day I've always wanted to be in theatre. Since then I've performed in fifteen plays, some small roles, some big ones, some main, and I am currently awaiting word for some Universities for drama studies.

So in a nutshell, that was me. I have yet to put any of my photography or writing up, but in time I will. Art is meant to be shared, and to be loved and inspiring to others. That's why I like this site. If I've attained your interest, look for my works soon.
